// The story

How this started

I run INSIDEA, a 150+ person agency that serves 1,500+ businesses as a Diamond HubSpot Partner. I operate across multiple ventures simultaneously.

At some point, the communication load broke me. Not emotionally. Operationally. I was getting 200+ messages a day across Gmail, Slack, Telegram, and WhatsApp. I had a team of 150 people who needed responses. Clients across time zones. Partners in different countries. And a son who deserved a father who wasn't always on his phone.

I didn't need another productivity tool. I needed a second me. One that knew how I think, how I write, how I prioritize. One that could handle the first 80% of my communication so I could focus on the 20% that actually needed me.

That's what Pranan is. It's the AI I built for myself first. Now I'm building it for everyone who's ever felt like their inbox is running their life instead of the other way around. The name comes from my son, Pranan. He's the reason I needed my time back. He's the reason this exists.

Pratik Thakker is founder and CEO of INSIDEA. Built across multiple ventures and time zones, Pranan comes from a real operational problem: when you're running multiple companies simultaneously, communication becomes a bottleneck. Pratik built this for himself first because he needed a digital version that could think like him, write like him, and handle the routine communication so he could focus on relationships and strategy.
