Getting started with Pranan

Connect Gmail, let Pranan learn from your sent mail, review the conversations it identifies, and approve drafts in Gmail. Pranan creates drafts for you to review. It does not send email on your behalf.

1. Connect your inbox

  1. Create or sign in to your Pranan account.
  2. Open Settings, then Connections.
  3. Connect the Google account you want Pranan to assist.
  4. Complete the Google consent flow and return to Pranan.

2. Build your voice profile

Pranan analyzes your sent mail to learn patterns such as length, greeting style, tone, vocabulary, and sign-offs. You can review and refine the profile from Settings.

3. Review triage

Open Triage to see conversations Pranan classified. Check the latest thread context before accepting any suggested action or draft.

4. Review drafts in Gmail

Eligible replies are saved as Gmail drafts. Open the original thread, verify recipients and facts, edit if needed, then send from Gmail yourself.

5. Add the Chrome extension

Install the Pranan Chrome extension, sign in, and use the companion panel while working in supported web apps.

Troubleshooting

  • If inbox sync needs attention, open Settings, then Connections, and reconnect Gmail.
  • If drafts are not appearing, check the Pipeline status in the app and retry after the next sync.
  • If the extension cannot connect, confirm you are signed in to the same Pranan account in both the app and extension.
Safety note: Pranan is an assistant, not an autonomous sender. Always review the recipient list, claims, dates, links, and attachments before sending.
