Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Pranan is operated by INSIDEA, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Dover, Delaware, USA ("INSIDEA", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms are an agreement between you and INSIDEA, Inc. By accessing or using Pranan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
Pranan is an AI assistant for your communication. It connects to the accounts you choose (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and HubSpot), learns how you write, builds context about the people you correspond with, and creates draft replies for you to review. Pranan for Chrome brings the same drafting into Gmail, Slack, and LinkedIn in your browser.
Pranan does not send email on your behalf. You review, edit, and send every email draft yourself. In Slack, Pranan posts a message as you only when you press Send on a Pranan review card, or when you have turned on scheduled Slack replies, which send after a delay unless you edit or cancel them. You are responsible for the messages you send, including drafts Pranan prepared. AI output can be inaccurate, so review drafts before sending.
3. Account Registration
To use Pranan, you must create an account. When registering, you agree that:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Each account is for one person. Business plans give each person their own account
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pranan for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, impair, or overload the service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use Pranan to impersonate others or to write in another person's name without their explicit consent
- Use the service for spam, harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or algorithms
- Exceed rate limits or deliberately abuse the API
- Access the service through automated means without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
You own all content you create or connect to Pranan, including your messages, writing samples, and drafts. We own the Pranan platform, technology, algorithms, and brand. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Payment and Billing
Our subscription terms are as follows:
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro, Max, Business Pro, and Business Max) are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on your selection, through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices and plan limits are on the pricing page
- Business plans are billed per person. Business Free covers up to 5 people at no charge
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings or by emailing support@pranan.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access to paid features until then
- Yearly plans can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of paying. Monthly plans are not refunded. Apart from that, we do not refund partial billing periods or unused time, including when you cancel, except where a refund is required by law. For billing questions, email support@pranan.ai
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
7. Limitation of Liability
The Pranan service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for the content of drafts or messages you choose to send, or for decisions you make based on AI output
- We are not liable for outages or failures of third-party services (Gmail, Slack, etc.)
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months
8. Termination
You may stop using Pranan and delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account is deleted, we delete its data from our production systems, and copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your account; it moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Some provisions of these terms (including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and INSIDEA, Inc. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
