How it works

Today: daily briefing

On Pro and Max, a 7am briefing (adjustable) shows what is due and how many drafts are waiting.

Planned: review windows

Configurable email windows are planned. There is no committed date.

Drafts wait for you

Drafts sit in your Gmail Drafts folder until you are ready. Nothing is sent without you.

Why batching beats continuous notification

Continuous email notification is a productivity disaster. Every ping interrupts deep work. The interruption costs aren't the few seconds of looking at the phone. They're the 15-20 minutes of recovery time before you're back in flow.

Batching solves this by collapsing dozens of micro-interruptions into a few scheduled blocks. With Pranan, drafts are already written when you sit down for a block, so the block is about reviewing and sending, not writing.

Pick two times a day, turn off email notifications outside them, and let drafts accumulate. Built-in email windows are planned for Pranan; until then, the habit works with any schedule you choose.
