When the AI says 'you should write this one'
The planned design uses three signal types. First: sentiment shift, when a thread moves from neutral to charged. Second: explicit risk language, such as 'considering canceling' or 'this is unacceptable'. Third: stakeholder change, when a senior person joins a thread.
In that design, flagged threads would get talking points instead of a draft, and the user writes the actual reply. This is not available yet.
This is intentional. The AI's value on most threads is volume. On critical threads, the AI's value is preparation, not delegation.
