How promise tracking works
When you write 'I'll get back to you Thursday,' Pranan detects the commitment and stores it. The system tracks the deadline, the recipient, and the topic.
If Thursday arrives and you haven't sent the reply, it surfaces in your morning brief: 'You promised X to Y by today.' If you reply manually, the system clears the follow-up automatically.
The detection works on natural language, not specific phrases. 'Will revert,' 'circling back,' 'let me get to you on this' all parse correctly. Most founders are surprised by how many follow-ups they had quietly forgotten.
