How it works
Per-user, per-account
Your voice is isolated to your account. Never blended with anyone else's.
What's analyzed
Tone, sentence length distribution, vocabulary, signoffs, response patterns.
What's stored vs computed
Patterns are stored. Original emails stay in Gmail.
The privacy architecture
Pranan analyzes sent mail in three stages. First: extract patterns. Sentence length, vocabulary, signoffs, response timing, tone shifts per recipient. Second: store patterns in your isolated user profile. Third: never share, sell, or repurpose those patterns for any other user or purpose.
The original email content is not duplicated, archived, or shared. Patterns get stored. Email bodies stay in Gmail.
For enterprise customers, single-tenant deployments are available. For solo users, the per-account isolation is enforced at the database level. The fingerprint is yours, full stop.
