Why business plans require special architecture
On personal plans, each user has one isolated voice fingerprint. On business plans, multiple users on the same account each need their own fingerprint, and those fingerprints must never blend.
Blending is the failure mode. If your sales rep's voice contaminates your CSM's voice, the CSM starts sounding like a closer. If your CEO's voice contaminates your AE's voice, the AE starts sounding presumptuous. Both are bad outcomes.

What is shared is team memory: facts, commitments, and relationship context extracted about contacts, so the whole team works from the same picture.
