Per-relationship tone
Pranan learns the right register from your sent mail to that specific person.
Tone on request
Ask for a warmer, shorter, or more formal version of a draft.
Relationship tier override
Change a contact's relationship tier and drafts adjust.
When tone needs explicit adjustment
Default behavior: Pranan matches the tone you've used historically with that recipient. If you've been warm with Sarah, drafts to Sarah are warm. If you've been direct with Marcus, drafts to Marcus are direct.
Per-draft adjustment: sometimes you want a different register for a specific reply. Maybe you're upset with a vendor and the relationship-default tone is too friendly. In Pranan for Chrome and on Slack review cards, you can ask for a warmer, shorter, or more formal version and Pranan rewrites the draft.
Relationship changes: when a relationship changes, update the contact's tier and future drafts follow the new tier.
