Pricing in detail
Where MailMaestro wins
Outlook first. MailMaestro installs from the Microsoft Marketplace and also has a Gmail extension. Its priority inbox and email reminders are Outlook only.
Price per seat. Professional is $15 a seat a month, or $12 billed yearly, with unlimited requests.
Summaries on demand. It summarises long threads and attachments, which Pranan does not offer as a button in the inbox.
Where Pranan wins
Drafts without prompting. Pranan classifies incoming mail and leaves a reply in your Gmail drafts. You review and send. There is nothing to type into an assistant panel first.
Voice from your own history. Pranan builds a writing profile from your sent mail, then adjusts by recipient. More on voice matching.
A more useful free plan for daily use. 100 drafts a month against 3 AI requests a week.
Memory of people. Pranan tracks who each contact is, how you write to them and what you committed to.
