Can Pranan replace a chief of staff?

A real chief of staff makes judgment calls, runs meetings, manages stakeholders, and writes strategic memos. Pranan does none of that. What Pranan does is handle the email volume that grows with your role: investor updates, customer threads, partner asks, hiring follow-ups.
