Pranan does store the email content and metadata it needs to work, and it sends message content to its AI providers to classify and draft for you. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and the service runs over HTTPS. Pranan is not currently represented as SOC 2 certified. The security page and Privacy Policy list exactly what is stored and which providers process it.
