You can tell Pranan never to draft for a specific contact. That stops drafts for that person. It does not stop their mail from being synced, stored, labelled, or included in AI classification, so if a mailbox holds conversations that must never pass through an AI service, do not connect that mailbox to Pranan.
Google OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and the service runs over HTTPS. We never share customer data for advertising or train models on it. Pranan is not currently represented as SOC 2 certified. For an enterprise security review, contact us and we will confirm which controls are available today.
