When you cancel a paid plan, you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly plans can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of paying. Monthly plans are not refunded. Your account then moves to the Free plan, and your voice profile, memory, and drafts stay in your account, subject to the Free plan's limits.
If you want your data gone, delete your account from settings or email privacy@pranan.ai. Deletion removes your data from our production systems, and backup copies expire within 30 days. You can request an export of your data first.
