What it does
One Google consent
Pranan requests gmail.readonly, gmail.modify (to create drafts and apply labels), gmail.labels and calendar.readonly up front. It does not request the gmail.send scope.
Voice from sent mail
Pranan analyzes your sent emails to learn sentence rhythm, vocabulary, signoffs.
Drafts in Gmail
Replies land in your Gmail Drafts folder. On Pro and Max, a daily briefing (7am local by default, adjustable) highlights priority threads.
Approve before send
You review, edit, and send every draft yourself from Gmail. Pranan never sends email for you.
Never-draft list
Stop drafts for a specific contact. Their mail is still synced and classified, so keep truly off-limits conversations out of the connected mailbox.
What Pranan stores
Pranan stores message content and metadata to classify, learn your voice, and draft. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and everything runs over HTTPS. Disconnecting deletes the stored mail. Details
