What it does
Same voice
The voice profile Pranan built from your email applies to your Slack replies.
On demand
Hover a Slack message and choose "Reply with Pranan" from the message shortcuts. Pranan does not draft Slack messages on its own.
Review before send
The draft shows up for review in Slack and on the Slack page of the Pranan app. Edit it, send it, or dismiss it. Send posts the reply as you, only when you press it.
Scheduled replies (optional)
Off by default. If you turn it on, Pranan schedules the draft as a Slack scheduled message that sends after 48 hours unless you edit or cancel it.
Thread context
Pranan reads the conversation before drafting, so the reply fits what was actually said.
In the browser too
Pranan for Chrome drafts inline in Slack on app.slack.com, including channels, when you ask it to.
How to set it up
Connect Slack
Authorize Pranan from settings. It requests access to your DMs and group DMs, and permission to post as you when you press Send.
Ask for a draft
Hover a message, open More actions, and choose "Reply with Pranan".
Review the draft
The draft appears for review in Slack and in the Pranan app. Edit it if you need to.
Send it yourself
Press Send and the reply posts as you. Nothing goes out unless you press it, or unless you turned on scheduled replies.
