Subject (under 8 words). No clickbait, no curiosity gaps. State the topic clearly.
Opening (1 sentence). Reference something specific about them. Not "I noticed you're a CEO" — that's templated.
Reason (2 sentences). Why you specifically. Why them specifically. What's at stake.
Ask (1 sentence). Specific. Time-bound. Easy to say yes or no to.
